  3. Make ready sweet soy sauce
  4. Prepare oil

  6. Get coriander, roasted
  7. Get cumin, roasted
  8. Get peppercorns
  9. Take garlic
  10. Take red chilies

  4. For the Sweet soy sauce : - Grind 10 (optional) bird's eye chilli with 3 shallots and combine with 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce.
  5. For the Peanut butter sauce : - Grind 2 red chilli with 100 gram roasted or fried peanuts. Add 100 cc watter and stir well.

In order for the satay to taste its best, the strongest flavors should be sweet and salty. Add more sugar or more fish sauce (in place of salt) to adjust the taste.
