TIP FOR OATS: Where you would normally blitz the oats in the. food processor, instead buy the quick instant oats that are smaller and finer. Form small balls with your hands.

  1. Melt butter and mix with orange juice and egg
  2. Put dates in food processor and Combine with all the dry ingredients
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and combine and mix well with your hands
  4. Roll into balls and line a baking tray. Bake on 160c for 20 minutes

TIP FOR OATS: Where you would normally blitz the oats in the. food processor, instead buy the quick instant oats that are smaller and finer. Form small balls with your hands. Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla. Combine oatmeal, flax seed, coconut flakes and chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl. Add date paste, vanilla extract and sunflower seed butter to the dry mixture.
