Instructions to make Soya Burger:
  1. In a bowl add milk and add soya chunks. Soak for 15 mins.
  2. Squeeze the milk out of the soya and in another bowl add to the soya chunks mashed boiled potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped green chillies
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, lime juice, salt
  4. Mix well and make 1/2” thick patty
  5. In a plate add the breadcrumbs and add the 1/2” thick patty to it. Mixing the breadcrumbs well.
  6. In a non-stick pan roast the patty on both sides well
  7. Garnish the Moong burger with tomato and onion slices, add the soya patty and insert olives and enjoy

The soya chunks and potatoes based patties or cutlets are deep fried and then served with hamburger buns with grated cheese, tomato slices and lettuce as filling.
