Make ready 5 Amla/gooseberry
Get 1 cup water for boiling
Take 1/2 cup sugar
Get to taste Salt

Prepare 1/2 tsp black salt
Make ready 4-5 mint leaves
Take 2 Lemon slices
Prepare 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
Take 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
Make ready 1 glass Drinking soda
Steps to make Amla Mojito:
Roughly chop 4 Amla and finely chop 1 Amla.
Heat water and add roughly chopped Amla. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked amla in ice water for some time and then keep it aside.
Add finely chopped amla to the same pan with water. Add sugar and salt.
Cook till sugar dissolves and then let it cool down completely.
In a plate, add 1/4 tsp black salt, Cumin powder, salt and Chilli powder. Mix well.
Rim the glass with lemon wedge and dip the glass in the prepared spice mix.
Add boiled amla to mixer jar and add 1/2 cup water and blend well. Strain the paste and keep aside the concentrated amla juice.
Add 1 tbsp concentrated amla juice and 1½ sugar syrup in the serving glass. Add crushed ice.
Add lemon slice, mint leaves and black salt. Add drinking soda.
Mojito is ready. Enjoy!!
