  1. In a bowl add butter, oil, icing sugar and condensed milk. Mix with a whisk until all combined. Add in milk powder and mix. Add flour one cup at a time and make a soft dough. (if you think the dough is dry add a tablespoon of milk)
  2. Preheat oven at 16o degree centigrade.
  3. Make round balls and press it with mooncake mould. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Let it cool on a rack. Enjoy and if any left over store in air tight container.
