  1. Blend the soaked daal with green chilli and ginger. Add a bit of water if required.
  2. Take out in a container, add Sooji, curd, salt and pepper and mix well. Add water and make dosa like batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Now saute all the veggies for 2 mins so that the crunch remains. Add peas and mix. Add salt, pepper, oregano and Chilli flakes. Filling is ready.
  4. Heat a non stick pan, brush some oil, pour the batter and spread. Cook evenly from both sides.
  5. Put the filling between two pancakes and cut into pieces. You can add cheese if you want. Cut into pieces and your healthy quesadillas are ready. Dig in!!
