  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and saute till golden brown, then add the ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Saute until raw smell disappears.
  2. Then add the baby marrows and salt, mix well and cook with lid on for 5-7 mins or until the baby marrow is cooked. Stir occasionally.
  3. To this add the turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins or until raw smell disappears.
  4. Serve hot with rice or chappathi.
