  10. Get Water 1 jug

  1. Take a pan add oil, onion make half saute.
  2. Then add haldi, ginger garlic paste & cook it 2-3 mins.
  3. Then add beef cook it 5-7 min.
  4. Then add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, and water & cook until the beef tender.
  5. When beef cook completely then cook it high flame(gosht achay sy bhunay)for 10 mins
  6. Then garnish with coriander leave & turn off flame. Bhuna Gosht ready.
  7. Serve with boiled rice or chapatti, naan
