Indian bread(Naan) is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Indian bread(Naan) is something that I have loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make Indian bread(Naan):
  1. Make ready 2 cup refined flour
  2. Take 1 tsp sugar
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp baking soda
  4. Get 1/2 tsp baking powder
  5. Prepare as per taste Salt
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup curd
  7. Take 2 tbsp oil
  8. Prepare as required Lukewarm water
  9. Prepare as required Butter
  10. Get As needed Coriander leaves or kasuri methi
Instructions to make Indian bread(Naan):
  1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take maida, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, curd and oil.
  2. Mix well making sure everything is combined well.
  3. Further add lukewarm water and knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Add more water if required and knead to smooth and soft dough.
  5. Cover with a moist cloth and rest for 2 hours in warm place.
  6. After 2 hours, knead the dough slightly. to remove if any air present in the dough. pinch a ball sized dough.
  7. Gently roll to oval shape using rolling pin. make sure you do not make too thin nor thick. and also keep the size in mind. it should not be larger than your tawa size.
  8. Grease with water over naan. make sure you coat uniformly. this helps naan to stick on tawa
  9. Furthermore, slowly flip over and put it on hot tawa. remember, be gentle and put the water coated side down to tawa. also do not use nonstick tawa.
  10. Slightly press. this helps the naan to stick on to the tawa and when you flip the tawa upside down it will be intact.
  11. Aow after a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook naan directly on flame till they turn golden brown.
  12. Also brush with some butter mixed with kasuri methi. Gently scrape the naan from bottom and remove.
  13. Finally, serve naan hot with your favourite curry like sahi paneer.
