  1. Get 2 lrg chunky pieces of haddock
  2. Prepare 8 stems of Asparagus
  3. Make ready 2 long chunky carrots cut into strips

  6. Take 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  7. Take salt and pepper

Instructions to make Spicy Healthy Haddock:
  1. Pre heat oven to 180. Get all your veg ready, quickly par boil the Asparagus and then pop into cold water, do the same with the carrots,
  2. In a pan fry your garlic and leek with a knob of butter.
  3. Pop your leeks in a oven tray and put your fish on top and your veg next to it. Add 1/2 the sweet chilli and bake for about 18mins.
  4. Plate up your fish and veg and then add the remaining sweet chilli and sprinkle with the fresh herbs, Enjoy x
