Steps to make My Apple & Peach Crumble:
- Preheat the oven 170°C peel and cut the apples into quater pieces. Add to a large saucepan. Then empty the peaches and the syrup in the apples also sugar and water and boil until soft about 10 minutes turn off and cool it down add cinnamon powder and mix in.
- Make the crumble. Add the apple mix in a greased oven dish. When the Crumble is made add on top.
- Add 4 Cups plain flour in a bowl and 4 heaped tbls softened Butter, mix in and keep rubbing the flour and butter together in your finger. When it looks crumbly pick up a handful and squeeze if it stays tother in your hand and drop it back in the bowl its ready pour on top of the Apple and peach.
- Serve with some whipped fresh cream or a little custard.
