2. Take 3 tbsp Milk

5. Take 1 cup Prawns roasted & crushed

7. Get 2 tsp Ginger, garlic crushed
8. Get 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
9. Prepare 1 tsp Curry leaf

Steps to make Flower Samosa:

1. Mix flour with milk & salt. Then add ghee & knead it into a dough
2. Cover it with a lid. Make prawn fillings: saute chopped shallots, ginger garlic crushed, in a pan with required oil. When it becomes light brown, add chilli powder,salt & curry leaf. Stir it well, then add crushed roasted prawns. Stir it 2 min. Remove from heat.
3. Flatten the dough with a roller into round shape & cut it into a square piece. Then fold it as shown in the pics
4. Fill the prawn fillings in the center & fold it with care
7. Then fry it in hot oil. When it becomes light brown on both sides. Remove from heat.
8. Serve hot with Tomato chilli sauce.
