The ingredients needed to make Vada Quesadillas:
  1. Get vadas (leftover)
  2. Make ready rotis (leftover)
  3. Make ready red Chutney
  4. Take green Chutney
  5. Get pizza Masala
  6. Get Grated cheese (optional)
  7. Get Oil
  8. Prepare salad (grated 1onion, 1/4 piec cabbage, carrot capsicum)
Steps to make Vada Quesadillas:
  1. Leftover rotis, vadas, red Chutney, green chutney, pizza masala, mix grated salad (onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum), cheese (optional)
  2. Toast the rotis lightly. Place the roti on a flat surface.
  3. Now put red Chutney, green chutney. Spread it. Place salad on whole roti.
  4. Sprinkle pizza Masala, spread some grated cheese. Place vadas and make them flat.
  5. Spread some red Chutney on vada. Close with another roti.
  6. Put oil on tava on low flame, put Quesadilla on hot tava. Spread oil
  7. Toast is from both the side. Cut the Quesadillas
  8. Serve hot with Ketchup
