  2. Preheat oven at 160C - Brush egg wash or milk on top of the buns. Cook for 20minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let it cool. - Whip the cream adding sugar until soft peaks. Cut the buns in middle and cream using piping bag. - Enjoy cream buns.
