Beat on a high speed the eggs, sugar and vanilla together until it becomes pale and increases in volume.

Crumb coat with the remaining Frosting and place into the fridge. If you wish to decorate.
Make a batch of buttercream by whisking together the butter until light then adding icing sugar tasting occasionally to see how much icing sugar you need.
Melt chocolate. on parchment paper draw out desired shapes turn over and pipe the chocolate on to them.
