To make pancakes in a bowl add egg, milk, salt, baking powder, sugar, vanilla essence and whisk well
And then add the Ragi flour and wheat flour in it and combine well, if needed u can add little water to make the batter semi consistency
Now take a pan and on low flame grease little oil and then pour the batter
Turn upside down once the one side is cooked
Serve the Ragi pancakes with sliced bananas, kiwi and dates syrup or honey
Now let’s prepare Spanish omelette.., take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil and in it add potato and onion sliced and sauté well
Once it’s semi cooked add capsicum toss it and then switch off the flame
In a bowl take the three eggs and add pepper and salt as needed
Now add the sauté potato and onion mixture into the eggs and combine well
Add the coriander / parsley leaves
Now take a saucepan add one tablespoon oil and then on very low flame add the egg mixture into it
Close the lid and wait till it’s cooked on the down side
And to flip the next side, u can close the sauce pan upside down and then flip the next side
Now again close the lid and cook until it’s done
Now serve the power packed breakfast with a glass of fresh orange juice and fruits
